Josey Baker’s Griddle Cake Mix (yes, just like pancakes!) uses a blend of freshly milled whole grains and seeds for a pancake breakfast that's healthy, hearty, and delicious all at the same time. Just grab a bowl and mix together 1¼ cups griddle cake mix, 2 eggs, ¼ cup buttermilk, and ½ cup water. Then dollop into a hot pan with a pat of butter to keep things from sticking.
