you just sit back and relax, i'll take real good care of you, i promise.

but for real, each week i make a new bread and i send it your way with the hopes that you'll be pleasantly surprised. (and if you don't like surprises, here's what to expect): 

2/25 - 3/04 - sprouted quinoa + malted barley
3/05 - 3/11 - potato roasted garlic
3/12 - 3/18 - light rye + nigella
3/19 - 3/25 - walnut thyme
3/26 - 4/01 - apricot sage
4/02 - 4/08 - sesame rosemary
4/09 - 4/15 - raisin coriander
4/16 - 4/22 - bird bread (millet + sunflower)
4/23 - 4/29 - cornmeal cranberry
4/30 - 5/06 - multigrain porridge

**please note that the above list is our plan, but it is possible that there will be unannounced changes to said plan, thereby leading you to get a *surprise* loaf. we will try our best, but can't give you a 100% guarantee. but surprises are fun, right? ;)
