This mix of Jasper Hill's Alpine-style cheeses melts like no other, and with no separation of oils like some other pre-shredded cheeses. Perfect for making fondue, grilled cheese, quiche, french onion soup, or anything you would be melting cheese for. Unlike many shredded cheeses, this contains no de-caking agents or preservatives to inhibit mold growth, so what you get here is just cheese.
