Yes! Finally! Peach jam! We've been searching high and low (and within 150 miles) for the perfect organic peaches to make into jam, and finally found them! A luscious, juicy, put everything else down because all you're going to be doing now is eating this peach kinda peach. A phenomenal fruit with a depth of flavor, bright acidity, and that hard to pinpoint ephemeral yet oh so distinct peach flavor, can we call it peachiness? I think I just did. And there you have it folks... our very first peach jam! We are crushing hard on these peaches, and can't get enough of this jam. Hello summer!
