INNA shrub is a beverage concentrate - just add sparkling water!
One bottle of INNA shrub makes approximately seven 12-ounce drinks.
To make a shrub soda, mix 1 part shrub to 5-6 parts sparkling water (or to taste). See our featured QUINCE shrub cocktail recipe below.
Quince is a historic fruit that transforms almost miraculously when made into a shrub. Slow cooking turn the white fruit into a luscious vermilion color and concentrate the flavors - the shrub tastes intensely of pears and roses.
Ultra floral, distinct quince aromas. This is a flavor you smell as much as taste. Of all the possible preserving methods, we've found that making quince into shrub is the best way to capture the complex and unique flavors of this rare fruit. Would be great with cocktails, and of course, soda!
