Black Mission Fig Jam

INNA Jam sources their organic black mission figs from the Capay Valley in California, where they ripen almost to bursting under the hot summer sun. This not-too-sweet jam is intensely aromatic and figgy, with the floral honey notes and earthy undertones you'd get biting into a ripe, juicy fig. A winner of the Good Food Awards 2015, it's a winner in our hearts too! Try it in a sandwich (we suggest grilled cheese, prosciutto with77 fresh mozzarella, or smoked turkey), alongside a cheese and charcuterie platter, or over frozen yogurt for dessert.
