INNA shrub is a beverage concentrate - just add sparkling water!
One bottle of INNA shrub makes approximately seven 12-ounce drinks.
To make a shrub soda, mix 1 part shrub to 5-6 parts sparkling water (or to taste). See our featured bearss LIME shrub cocktail recipe below.
In the kitchen, drizzle LIME shrub on fresh melon with fish sauce and chili!
We use the whole fruit - juice, pith, and insanely ultra floral zest of bearss limes to make this shrub. What results is our most intensely flavorful citrus shrub with the highest content of delicious citrus essential oils (definitely give this shrub a shake before using). You can use this shrub in place of Roses' Lime Juice in classic cocktail recipe.
COCKTAIL RECIPE: A Shrubby Variation on The Last Word
• 1 oz gin
• ½ oz bearss lime shrub
• ½ oz maraschino liquor
• ½ oz green chartreuse
Shake with ice, and strain into a coupe glass. Cheers!
