Le Petit Diablotin (“The Little Devil”) is an American sour ale. This beer is aged in wine barrels for twelve months with local sour cherries & pomegranate juice. You'll get bold aromas and flavors of those fruits, with a lingering tart balance and just a hint of funk. Pair with seafood (local Dungeness crab, when it's in season!) or aged goat's cheese and stone fruit.
