Hidden Star Orchards' Treeo hard cider is a blend made of Aztec Fuji, Pink Lady, and Granny Smith apples. It's dry with medium tart acidity and low tannins. You'll get notes of ripe and dried apple on the nose, which follow to the palate along with mild almond and molasses notes. This not-too-sweet cider would pair well with roast pork loin stuffed with apple or seasonal stone fruit, or grilled veggies.
