A tropical twist on Hey Boo's original flavor, Kaya Mango Coconut Jam is a much-beloved Southeast Asian breakfast staple. It's traditionally treated a lot like peanut butter, spread thickly on toast with salted butter and served up with your breakfast coffee. We think it's also great as a snack at any time of day, on scones, pancakes, waffles, sandwiched into linzer cookies, drizzled over ricotta or fresh yogurt, and more.
