Haverton Hill Creamery sheep milk feta is produced from our fresh sheep milk and produced on site at our farm in Petaluma. Handcrafted in small batches, each batch is delicately crafted by hand to create a classic + traditional feta. Made to order using only 100% sheep milk creates a creamery soft texture with a classic salty finish. There's an appealingly “barnyard” tang versus the more mild, grassy taste and crumbly texture of cow milk feta. Enjoy.
