Organic French Breakfast Radishes

Sweet and with a mild spicy zing, these radishes add a delicate flavor and splash of color to any salad or seafood dish. Try them flash roasted with olive oil, oregano, and chopped anchovies for a classic Italian side dish, or dipped in salty butter for a traditional English snack. 

Radishes are a very quick growing crop (about 3 weeks from seed to plate!) and are a classic sign that days are lengthening and spring is on it's way. Because they're such a fast-growing crop, their greens are especially vulnerable to pests and disease when grown organically. Yellowing or bug-nibbled leaves are common, but won't affect the flavor or texture of the tasty roots.
