Excellent tossed with potatoes or thrown atop scrambled eggs!
Due to the drought, this perennial herb is flowering more frequently than other, wetter years. Don't fear the flowers though: they are lovely and mild in flavor, and make a beautiful garnish and are delicious (and delightful!) when tossed into salads.
