Organic Gluten-Free Toasted Sesame Cookie

The skillfully balanced synergy between the organic whole quinoa and whole millet with the organic extra virgin olive oil creates a cookie of extraordinary softness and finesse that sets it quite apart from an ordinary cookie. You will feel the melodic allure of these real flavors underscored by just the right amount of natural sweetness.

We gently mix into this dough with the award-winning extra virgin olive oil made by my friend Pablo from Pacific Sun in Northern California.  The whole quinoa and whole millet are stone ground just before mixing the dough.  Mixed and shaped by hand.
