The goodness of the organic whole seeds stone ground at the bakery just before mixing the dough is accompanied by the exquisite blend of California extra virgin olive oil and Italian dark chocolate and cocoa powder. This combination creates a lively and amusing character that make these cookies a favorite among our customers. 

We carefully blend the organic extra virgin olive oil made by my friend Pablo at award-winning Pacific Sun in Northern California with the Italian chocolate to create a feast of nourishment and genuine flavors.  Mixed and shaped by hand.
