Organic extra virgin olive oil made by my friend Pablo at award winning Pacific Sun in Northern California and unrefined organic coconut oil provided by Nutiva are the two oils we blend with seeds and grains to create these cookies packed with nourishment and genuine flavors skillfully accentuated by a subtle natural sweetness. Mixed and shaped by hand.
