Organic 100% Rye

High in healthy fiber and very low in gluten, our 100% Rye is a traditional Northern European bread, created exclusively with organic rye berries that are stone ground just before mixing the dough. Caraway seeds, with their dash of aniseed and hint of lemon, provide an extra taste glow to this unique bread.  My Scandinavian friends have told me that this is exactly the bread their mothers made. Sliced into very thin rectangles it is the ideal partner for salmon, roasted vegetables and cheeses
