Flat of Organic Smoothie Strawberries

Since we sort out all but the most perfect berries, we end up with a few less-than-perfect berries: slightly bruised, a bit dull looking, or more than a couple days old. Instead of throwing them out, we love to send them to customers who are looking to freeze them, make smoothies or make some jam.

Because these berries are picked at peak ripeness, these berries should be processed or frozen within 48 hours of delivery.
