Very young green pea shoots with a fresh pea flavor for salads, wraps, quick stir fry, or wilting with hot water. Eat fresh in salads for that fresh pea flavor all year. Great crunch in a fresh spring roll. For an Asian noodle dish, place pea shoots in the colander and drain the hot noodle over them for the perfect wilt.
