In order to send our customers only the best tomatoes for fresh eating, we pull them from our site well before they start to get soft. And since we love preventing food waste at the Food Hub, we love to offer those few-days'-old tomatoes at a discounted price that are perfect for the home canner. These cosmetically-challenged varieties may include but are not limited to Early Girls, mixed heirlooms, Roma tomatoes, and assorted cherry tomatoes. Let there be tomatoes all year round!
Please note that because these tomatoes are already a few days old, they should be eaten or processed within 48 hours of delivery!
