Flat of Organic Jamming Figs

As we ready your orders on a daily basis, we run across figs with wrinkles or that are overripe that we generally can't sell. When we find a lot, we love preventing them from going to waste and helping them find a purpose in the form of a kitchen project! These figs are perfect for jam, canning or dehydrating.

Please note that because these figs are already a few days old, they should be eaten or processed within 48 hours of delivery!

These figs are all certified organic and may come from any number of our wonderful farms, including Knoll Farms, Terra Firma, and Cloverleaf Farms.
