Our house-made Veggie Burger Mix is savory and satisfying, made with hearty chickpeas, quinoa, walnuts, breadcrumbs, and plenty of spices. Just
shape into patties, then fry up in a cast-iron pan until nicely browned, flipping once—about four or five minutes per side. They're also great on the grill! Pair with all your favorite burger fixings. Makes about 4 quarter-pound burgers.
