Made with love by the Good Eggs Kitchen! We like adding a big handful of hearty sourdough croutons to our "what's-in-the-fridge" salads—they can turn leftovers into something special. That doesn't just have to be greens: we love panzanellas, or bread salads, made with stone fruit chopped roughly, a handful of herbs (basil and parsley are great!) and a generous drizzle of olive oil.
