Queso Dip

Made with love in our own Good Eggs Kitchen, Queso Dip is smooth, creamy, and delightfully dippable. Remove the plastic lid, tent the pan with foil, and heat in a 325°F oven for about 10-15 minutes, stirring once, until smooth. Our house blend features a hint of smoky heat to balance the rich cheese blend. Serves about 4.

Ingredients: shredded mixed cheese (pasteurized cow and sheep, milk, salt, enzymes, annatto, rennet, salt, lysozome (from egg white)), whole milk, unsalted butter, flour, jalapeno, garlic, new mexican chili, salt.
