Penang Curry Simmer Sauce

Our Penang Curry is made with a classic blend of Thai spices like coriander, lemongrass, and aromatic ginger. Red bell peppers add a warm red hue and fish sauce gives it a deep umami base. Use it as a simmer sauce for meat, fish, veggies, and tofu, or as a base for soups and stews.

Ingredients: coconut milk, water, red bell pepper, shallot, gochugaru, canola oil, lemongrass, fish sauce (anchovies, salt, water), ginger, brown sugar, salt, cilantro, garlic, kaffir lime leaf, coriander, cumin.
