It's ideal for topping summer salads, serving alongside your favorite seasonal veggies, or serving simply with a bowl of rice or soba noodles. These fillets are skin-on and have had pin bones removed as much as possible (do keep an eye out for stray bones when serving to kids).
To reheat in oven: remove lid and heat in a 325 degree oven for 8-10 minutes or until salmon is warmed through.
To reheat in microwave: remove lid, cover with paper towel, and heat for 2-5 minutes or until salmon is warmed through.
