Made with love by the Good Eggs Kitchen. This Oak Ridge Angus carne asada is brought to us by our friends at Sonoma County Meat Co. and is marinated in mojo ajo (or garlic sauce). Oak Ridge Angus raises their cattle on pasture in Knights Valley, and then finishes them with spent beer grain from the Bear Republic in Cloverdale.
To cook, simply sear on high heat for approximately three minutes, then flip and sear the other side. Add sautéed peppers, a squeeze of lime and serve with your favorite tortillas.
Ingredients: carne asada, garlic*, canola oil, extra virgin olive oil, orange juice*, tomato*, black pepper, sea salt, dried oregano, arbol chili (*organic).
