Lemon Pepper Marinated Steak

Flavorful Sonoma County Meat Co. beef is marinated in a tangy, savory mix of spices like lemon zest, coriander, and amchur. Just grill or sear in a cast-iron pan to medium-rare, then slice thinly against the grain and serve over a green salad or with a mix of your favorite veggies. We like to cook a little extra for steak sandwiches the next day!
