Knoll Farm's Semi-Dried Tomatoes

Sun-dried at peak harvest season, these amazingly flavorful Semi-Dried Organic Tomatoes are Rick and Kristy Knoll's way of capturing summer flavors for use throughout the cold winter months. Rick loves to re-hydrate them by adding some warm water and letting them soak for an hour before adding them with some minced garlic to any hearty pasta dish. Enjoy!

Note: because these tomatoes are only semi-dried, they should be kept in the refrigerator and used within 3 weeks of delivery.
