Jerk Chicken Drumsticks

Fragrant and a little spicy, our Jerk Marinade is made with a blend from local Oakland favorite Oaktown Spice Shop, plus pineapple, lime juice, brown sugar, and a few grinds of black pepper. Toss it on the grill and serve up with all the fixings.

Ingredients: free-range chicken drumsticks, pineapple, canola oil, lime juice, jerk spices (cayenne, brown sugar, allspice, ginger, onion, garlic, lime zest, coriander, black pepper, thyme, green onion, nutmeg, New Mexican green chile, cinnamon, cloves, habanero chile), brown sugar, black pepper.
