Green Curry Simmer Sauce

Our vegetarian Green Curry Simmer Sauce is made with a classic blend of Thai spices like coriander, lemongrass, and aromatic ginger, plus plenty of fresh cilantro and a bit of heat from jalapeno chilies. Use it as a simmer sauce for meat, fish, veggies, and tofu, or as a base for soups and stews.
