Delicata squash is a fall favorite of ours. This sweetly savory squash has a thin skin that's edible (and full of vitamins!) and makes a great addition to stir-fries, roasted meat dishes, pizzas and more. It's cut for you, so just drizzle with olive oil and throw it in the oven on a sheet pan at about 400° for 15-20 minutes, or until you can pierce the flesh easily with a fork and the edges have crisped slightly and browned.
