Made with love in our own Good Eggs Kitchen, these vegan Cooked Canario Beans (otherwise known as Mayacoba beans) use local Rancho Llano Seco beans, fresh onion, garlic, and spices. They're savory and rich, hearty enough to enjoy on their own or perfect for adding some substance to taco night or as a side for a dinner with pork or chicken. Just reheat in a saucepan over medium-low heat with a splash of water, stirring occasionally, or in a microwave (be sure to use a microwave-safe bowl and stir every now and then) and enjoy!
