This Classic Roasted Chicken starts with an air-chilled Mary's Free Range Chicken, simply rubbed with sea salt and freshly ground Tellicherry peppercorns, then roasted to golden perfection. Weeknight dinner planning doesn't get any easier than this; serve with a big green salad or a pile of roasted veggies and dig in.
Reheating Instructions: Remove from packaging. Cover the chicken with aluminum foil and place it in the oven. Bake it at 425-475°F for about 20 minutes or until a meat thermometer inserted in the chicken registers 165°F. Or, cut into pieces and microwave until warmed through!
