Chimichurri Sauce

What doesn't work with chimichurri? This garlicky, herbaceous sauce is just begging to be spooned over grilled meats and veggies, spread on toasted bread with a bit of thinly-sliced ham, or even served alongside a grilled cheese sandwich.
