Brussels Sprouts in Bacon Agrodolce

Brussels sprouts are always a favorite winter dish. These tiny members of the cabbage family roast into sweet, crispy goodness, especially when paired with our savory bacon agrodolce. Serve alongside your Thanksgiving turkey, or with your favorite celebratory roast.

Reheat instructions: Remove plastic lid from oven-safe container, then reheat at 350°F degrees until brussels sprouts are crispy. Drizzle with the agrodolce sauce after reheating.

Ingredients: Brussels sprouts halved, shallot peeled, bacon ends (pork, water, sea salt, cultured celery juice), red wine vinegar (red wine vinegar, grape must), honey, salt, sultanas, crushed red chili.
