Hollyhock

Hollyhock is a raw sheep milk cheese aged between 8 to 12 months. Dense, nutty and fruity, Hollyhock is great on a cheese plate paired with a glass of Pinot Noir. It is also perfect for grating or shaving-use it in place of Parmesan or Pecorino. 

Ingredients: Raw Sheep milk, salt, rennet, cultures.
