Chandler Pomelos are a particularly large pomelo variety. The blush-pink flesh can be firm but is juicy and flavorful. Slice and enjoy your pomelo as is, cutting away the bitter rind, or serve it on top of salads, layer into yogurt and overnight oats, or bake into cakes.
