Organic Sundried Tomatoes

Full Belly Farm grows heirloom tomatoes locally in the Capay Valley on their certified organic farm, and dries them slowly in the summer sun. Super-concentrated in flavor, these Organic Sundried Tomatoes can be chopped up and used in salads, sandwiches, or stews. You can also plump them up by soaking briefly in water for a softer texture.
