They're here! Add some high heat oil to your cast-iron pan, and throw these little peppers in when the pan gets nice and hot. Allow them to blister on one side before stirring to blister one more side, then remove from heat and top with coarse sea salt. Most have little to no heat, but a strong pepper flavor, but occasionally you may find one that's pretty spicy!
