Le Rondelaine

Le Rondelaine takes everything Fromagerie Beillevaire knows about making classic ripened goat cheeses, and applies it to sheep's milk. This cheese has a rich and creamy texture with decadent and savory flavors, with just a mild hint of the tanginess. A great addition to any cheese plate, this also pairs well with apples, pears, and Prosecco.
 
Ingredients: pasteurised sheep's milk, salt, lactic ferments, animal rennet.
