Four Barrel's Kenyan Kamoini Mill Cold Coffee uses Arabica coffee beans grown by members of the Kamoini Mill collective, each of whom harvests about a half-acre of coffee beans that they prep and mill together. Four Barrel believes that coffee should be brewed hot, to capture the complex aromatics, so this coffee is brewed hot and then chilled to a delicious, rich, complex cup of cold coffee with ripe blackberry flavors and aromatic floral notes of violets.
