White Light (White Blend)

White Light is a unique blend of Tocai Friuliano, Riesling, Verdelho, and Sauvignon Blanc from different vineyards across northern California. With aromas of peach, citrus, and white floral notes, the palate comes across fresh and crisp, with a mouth-watering acidity and a hint of brininess. This wine pairs incredibly well with raw seafood, sushi, and ceviches, as well as simple grilled veggies and fish.
