Whole Cluster Grenache

Folded Hills' Cluster Grenache is fermented via a process known as carbonic maceration from intact whole clusters of 100% Grenache Noir. The resulting wine maintains a light body with a wonderfully energetic palate. Opening with zesty aromatics of spiced cranberry and herbaceous thyme, the palate has notes of tart cherry, mixed berries, and savory herbs. Evoking the flavors of the season, the stimulating finish pairs well with festive holiday celebrations from mingling around a cheeseboard to pairing with the main course.
