Notes From The Producer

After yellow and green onions are butter-melted with a dash of nutmeg, and California-grown, garnet potatoes are baked, Chef Guy adds sour cream and raisins to give this delicious filling its smooth texture and distinctive taste.  After thawing and removing the wrapping, oven warm for 15 minutes at 350°F.

Ingredients: Dough: unbleached flour, cream cheese, butter, salt; Filling: stewed sweet potato, sour cream, onions, scallions, currants, sat, pepper, nutmeg.
