Spinach and Goat Cheese Brioche

Spinach and yellow onions are cooked together and seasoned by Chef Guy with his specialty pesto made from garden-fresh herbs and garlic, then baked in cream cheese dough. Goat cheese contains a dash of salt which enhances the delicate flavor of the spinach. After thawing and removing the wrapping, oven warm for 15 minutes at 350°F.

Ingredients: Dough: Unbleached flour, cream cheese, butter, salt; Filling: Spinach, goat cheese, almonds, garlic, scallions, parsley, olive oil, salt, pepper.
