Chef Guy of La Fleur de Lyon sautées white mushrooms in butter, folds them into a Béchamel sauce with sherry wine. Chicken is lightly seasoned with salt and pepper. After thawing and removing the wrapping, oven warm for 15 minutes at 350° F.
