Using both whole wheat and whole rye starters, our levain is multidimensional, crusty and the brick oven gives it a smokey flavor that'll knock your socks off!

Ingredients: Unbleached Organic Wheat Flour, Organic Whole Wheat Flour, Organic Whole Rye Flour, Organic Medium Rye Flour, Water, Sea Salt, Natural Starters.
