Spelt Kamut Pullman

This 2 lb Pullman loaf is made from Organic Spelt and Kamut flours along with Organic Sunflower Seeds, Pumpkin Seeds, Flax Seeds and Millet.  We also add a touch of honey which complements the natural sweetness of the grains.  This is a really special loaf, one we worked really hard on and perfect for people looking for more variety in their breads. 

Spelt is an ancient cousin of wheat, has less gluten than wheat and is much more tolerable to people with gluten sensitivities. 

Ingredients: Spelt Flour, Kamut Flour, Whole Wheat Flour, Sea Salt, Honey, Canola Oil, Whole Rye Flour, Yeast, Pumpkin Seeds, Sunflower Seeds, Flax Seeds, Millet.
