Fougasse is a French bread covered in olive oil and originated in Provence, the Southeastern region on France that shares it's border with Italy. Here we have an interpretation with Kalamata Olives and Rosemary and shaped in an old world "Bear Claw" or "Les Pattes D'Ours.
